A native of Maui, Sonia has made the island her home for over 35 years and has a true passion for the people and Aloha ʻĀina, which literally means “love of the land”!

Sonia began her career working for boutique real estate agencies. She also worked for Intrawest, the renowned luxury adventure travel company.

In 2016 she decided to take the bold leap and start her own free-lance business.

Sonia has now found her true love in overseeing the successful operation and maintenance of private residences on the island of Maui. Her work is very “hands on” with all aspects of the property, and she knows how to make everything run smoothly. She meticulously inspects owner homes and schedules work to be performed to address any deficiencies. With a steady commitment to quality assurance, excellence, and end-to-end attention to detail, her strengths include good planning, strong follow-through and adapting to change.

There is nobody Sonia doesn’t work with! (i.e.) vendors, landscapers, window cleaners, house cleaners, nannies, general maintenance workers, subcontractors, electricians, plumbers, etc. She will even plan, execute, and bring to completion any additional special projects you may have! Sonia knows how to juggle it all for you seamlessly while making it all look easy.

Sonia is the advocate you want in your corner for your property. She will manage your operations and get all your projects done on time.
