HOME & ESTATE MANAGEMENT

Estate Management is an important yet often overlooked aspect of owning a second home in Hawaii. Estate Management is designed for properties that are not rented and/or frequently left vacant. Having a dedicated management team to care for such properties provides owners with the peace of mind they need while they are away.

Services include everything from consistent property inspections, overseeing cleanings and maintenance, managing vendors that service pools, spas, ponds and landscaping and providing detailed reports to the owners of the property. Other services can be added upon request and customized to meet the owner’s needs.

Here is a sample of our services:

1. Visual examination of interior & exterior – check doors & windows, landscaping, pool & spa. We will pick up any papers or trash that has blown into your yard to ensure your home doesn’t appear to be neglected & vacant.

2. Run water throughout the home – it’s important to keep the water running through the faucets to avoid costly repairs.

3. Inspect for insects; contact pest control if needed.

4. Check smoke alarms & arrange for battery replacement.

5. Appliance check – refrigerator/freezer temp, empty ice maker, run dishwasher & washing machines periodically.

6. Adjust A/C temperature to your specified temperature for the season.

7. Check air filters & arrange for replacement.

8. Mail sort & forward.

9. Start & run vehicle.

 

We also offer Personal Assistant & Concierge Services, creating structure and order, boosting productivity, and prioritizing tasks.

  • Order and maintain personal stock for principals.
  • Order and maintain household supply inventories.
  • Event and dinner parties, orchestrating staff accordingly.
  • Review and submit vendor invoices for processing.
  • Handle special requests, duties or errands.
